First-year service coordinators serving the elderly/disabled at HUD properties must obtain at least 36 hours of training their first year on the job. AASC provides resources to help new service coordinators understand these requirements.

AASC University is an online system that provides professional development video courses online, on demand. SC101: The Fundamentals of Service Coordination is a six-course series within AASC University that provides an introduction to the profession for new service coordinators and can serve as a refresher for experienced service coordinators.
We partner with The Ohio State University Office of Geriatrics and Interprofessional Aging Studies to offer the PSC program. This professional certification is web-based, allowing you to complete the 12 required modules on your time.
