- AASC partners with non-profit organization Pangea Foundation to create AASConline for seniors
- In partnership with The Ohio State University Office of Geriatrics and Interprofessional Aging Studies, the Professional Service Coordinator Program (PSC) is created
2005
- 53 service coordinators become first PSC graduates
- AASC holds its first Public Policy Forum in Washington, DC
2006
- Pangea Foundation develops AASConline for families in collaboration with AASC, Enterprise Community Partners and NeighborWorks America
- AASC expands to include a Family Housing and Services division to help sustain the programs supporting service coordinators who serve low-income families, which includes the Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) program, the Resident Opportunities and Self Sufficiency (ROSS) program and other case management personnel working in tax credit properties
- The 2006 National Service Coordinator Conference includes a new educational track for service coordinators working with low-income families
- National Service Coordinator Conference breaks attendance record with 1,139 attendees
- Alabama becomes AASC’s first official state chapter
